How to get soft and glowing skin
Are you starting to feel uncomfortable with your skin? is it oily? So, if you are looking for the perfect soft and glowing skin here are the best tips you can possibly get! A good skin is free of problems, and beautiful to look at.
- Exfoliate your skin once a week. It is very important to exfoliate as it removes dead cells and leaves your skin cleaner and softer.
- Moisturize once a day, using a high- quality moisturizer. I personally recomend the moisturizer from Cetaphil which is for all skin types and has sun protection. It`s important to have sun protection to keep your skin soft and wrinkle free, unless you want to look and feel old before your time.
- Face masks are great to keep your sensitive skin visible as a healthy and glowing skin. There are many recipes available of homemade masks.
- Make sure you always get your makeup off! it is a very important step in order to get glowing skin. Also, clean your face every night specialy if you have problems with clogged pores or acne.
- Drink lots of water to keep your skin from feeling dry or looking dull. also make sure you have a healthy diet, that includes a lot of nutrients to your skin.
- Use makeup with brightening ingredients to make your skin more radiant.
Homemaid facial mask - Skin softening avocado mask.
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1 egg
1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon of honey (optional)
How to prepare:
Cut your 1/2 avocado into small pieces, than add the tablespoon of yogurt together with the coconut oil then mix the ingredients for a while slowly. secondly, add the egg and honey together to the mixture and mix it again. After mixing heat the mixture in the microwave for about 1 minute than add the baking soda and stir it all together.
How to use:
firstly exfoliate your skin than pass a fresh hot towel to your skin in order to open your pores. Apply the mask to damp skin, leave for 10-15 minutes. secondly wash the mask off using cool water. The result is really affective as it leaves your skin soft and glowing.

Last weekend I was going to a party with my friends. We were all trying to do the 'smoky eyes', because as you may know, it's very IN.

Unfortunately, I didn't manage, as I got to the party, I felt like an outsider. Everybody, really everybody, was using the gorgeous smoky eyes. They all looked so pretty!

HOW TO KEEP YOUT TEETH WHITE

- You can drink sugary drinks, therefore you must make sure you drink water to wash away all the sugar in your mouth and if you don`t it`s more likely to get cavities. It is recommended to drink your beverages with a straw.
- Avoid smoking, drinking to much coffee, tea and wine. They can make your teeth look yellow. Also eat food such as fruits, vegetables and other foods which are rich with vitamin C.
- Always use the products that your dentist recommended to you, as they are professionals that can make your teeth look fabulous.
- See a qualified dentist on regular basis in order to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
