Personally, I've never been a fan of reading. These past months I have begun enjoying reading. I figured that once I started reading these series, It has a very entertaining story which keeps me wanting to read more and more, and I can easily picture having the same life, friends and problems. I highly recommend these series to girls aged 12-16.
Girls, boys, boarding school, Parties and lots of gossips, what more can you ask for?
MAKING DELICIOUS CUPCAKES
Cupcakes, wow! after seeing this amazing video, I couldn't resist the temptation to bake them. They were de-licious. Hope you enjoy this inspiring video, and try baking them at home too!
Serves: (12 Cupcakes)
Ingredients
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Stick Un-Salted Butter, softened2 Eggs
2 tea spoons Vanilla Extract
2 tea spoons Baking Powder
1/8 tea spoons of Salt
1 1/3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Whole Milk
For the Frosting:
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter, softened
½ cup Raspberry Preserves
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 16oz Box of Powdered Sugar
Fresh Raspberries, for garnishing
Pinch of salt
Preparation
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line your cupcake tin with liners and set aside.
2) In a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs and vanilla and cream together until you get a smooth mixture. Add the dry ingredients and with the speed on low mix together and slowly add the milk and just mix everything to combine. DO NOT OVERMIX! Make sure you give everything a good stir with a spatula from the bottom to incorporate any bit that wasn’t mixed.
3) Scoop the batter into your lined cupcake tin, make sure its only filled ¾ of the way up because they will rise. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool for about 45 minutes before frosting.
4) To make the frosting combine together all the frosting ingredients except the fresh raspberries and mix together to combine. Add the frosting in a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes. Top with a few fresh raspberries and dive in!
5) These little beauties are so delicious and beautiful that I promise you everybody is going to think that you went to a fancy bakery and bought them. I make these very often because they always get a wow reaction from everybody and of course they are delicious.

FUNNY CATWALKS FALLS
This post is quite…unique! I was sleeping in my friend’s house and we started to wonder how a super model´s life must be extraordinary, and how they should have pride as they walk down the catwalk, we started to wish we became models, but as we knew it was kind of hard, we entered YouTube and searched for , “models in catwalk” and for a unknown reason it only appeared “funny catwalks falls” so I thought why not share it in the blog? So here it goes, hope you enjoy!
MAKING "BRIGADEIRO".
Brigadeiro:
A simple Brazilian chocolate candy created in the 1940s, and named after Brigadier Eduardo Gomes, and its shape is reminiscent of that of some varieties of chocolate truffles. ...ingredients
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon of butter
1 egg yolk (optional)
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (sweet or without sugar)1 package of chocolate sprinkles
small paper cases
preparation:
1. Put the condensed milk, butter, egg yolk and cocoa powder in a pan and mix them all together.
2. Let the mixture cook over low heat for about 12 minutes, stirring it constantly until the mixture loosens from the bottom of the pan and it is thick like cream.
3. Put the mixture on a greased plate and allow it to cool down completely
4. Roll 1 teaspoon of mixture into small balls. Tip: Grease your hands with butter before making the small balls. Wash your hands once in a while if necessary.
5. Put the chocolate sprinkles in a bowl and roll the small balls in the chocolate sprinkles.
6. Place balls in small paper patty cases and then on a serving plate.
